Campaigns, organizations, and clients (“Clients”)
We provide a platform for users to connect and collaborate. We are not a party to agreements made between users.

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Platform Role
The Grand Exchange:
Facilitates connections between users
Does not guarantee outcomes, performance, or results
Does not control or direct the content created by users
All agreements, payments, and deliverables are the responsibility of the users involved unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments & Compensation
Compensation terms are determined directly between Creators and Clients
The Platform may introduce payment tools in the future
We are not responsible for disputes regarding payment unless explicitly stated
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful or deceptive purposes
Misrepresent your identity, audience, or capabilities
Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove content or users that violate these standards.
6. Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed
Clients receive usage rights only as defined in their agreement with the Creator
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to display content for platform functionality and promotion
7. Disputes Between Users
We are not responsible for disputes between users.
However, we may:
Review complaints
Take action on accounts that violate platform rules
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Specific results from collaborations
Continuous or error-free operation
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grand Exchange is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses arising from user interactions or agreements
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
